i just wanted to say that Luna is absolutely right about
everything she's written in the previous post, i, too, say
yes to those old songs and all.
and marilyn monroe had the cutest voice ever, it was soooo sweet,
it showed all the sensitivity she had, andyway, this is
for Luna and I who adore marilyn.
at first i was meant to post another picture taken by
milton greene, (whom she married for a while) but
okay she looks so angelic on that one.
so the picture i initially aimed at posting is this one :
it is funny that the first time she met with milton
greene for photo shoot, he made her pose in his
wife's big pull over, and didn't do any 'sexy'
kind of pictures with marilyn. this is why i find
she looks a bit childish-like on here, which i like.
why i am attracted to marilyn i do not know.
it's some kind of sadness she beared on her face
through her life while being admired. it's unbelievable what
life has in store for some people sometimes, how
come that marilyn was meant to be both admired and so
unlucky at the same time? boohoo, sucks. this is what
gives marilyn this vulnerable look in her eyes. if there
were only two icons of the fifties to remain in
everyone's memories, i'd vote for audrey hepburn (yaaayy luna!!!)
and marilyn.
enough talking, a last picture, because milton greene
definitely knew how to capture her grace. admire.

Poor little rich boy
It's been a long time since this blog had a post so there ,
i decided to put a little note.
Today has been a good day.Those are the good reasons
why this day has been great :
-not much school
-hearing the "Meet me in St.Louis" soundtrack
(i'm a sucker for those old musicals, you know Judy Garland,
Gene Kelly, Marilyn Monroe ....i don't know, it's like they're
putting Prozac on those movies: feel blue--->ta da!
a musical from the 50's---> i don't want to kill my self anymore,
i should take an umbrella and go sing in the streets !
(.....why people in the streets are not singing the tunes
with me? hey! it's not how it's supposed to be! now everyone
should sing along !!!!!! hey!...don't leave me !!! hey...come back............damn ...life is not a musical ).
-Listenning to the great! the wonderfull, the unique ,
the charming Regina Spektor with songs from the album : Soviet Kitsh
and one song has my love : Poor little rich boy
(she's playing the piano, and drums sticks on the piano
and singing at the same time..she's my hero) and the voice
and the lyrics are simply genius:
